Myres Castle

Set in the rolling hills of Fife, 16th century Myres Castle is a wonderful home and has recently undergone complete renovation to an extremely high standard.

Only 45 minutes drive from Edinburgh, the castle is surrounded by opportunities for playing golf, visiting historic buildings or exploring nearby scenic Perthshire. The secluded 40-acre grounds are beautifully maintained, making this the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Accommodation & Catering
The castle is available on a fully catered and totally exclusive basis. The castle gardens, and indeed the area, are famous for the abundance of fresh produce, all exquisitely prepared by the renowned chef.
It provides a stunning venue for weddings.

Myres Castle has connections with the very beginnings of the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews. A wall of the Golfing Museum at St Andrews is covered with memorabilia donated by the family. Guests can view the display of original prints and photographs in the 'golf corridor' at Myres Castle.

Fishing
Salmon fishing can be arranged on some of the prime beats of the Tay, as well as the South and North Esk in Angus.
