Park House

Park House is a stunning Georgian building situated just 12 miles west of Aberdeen. Offering accommodation for up to 15 people, it provides a unique opportunity for entertaining, for private conferences or for corporate use.
Surrounded by magnificent trees, the house sits on an estate which has no public roads. The famous River Dee is only a few minutes walk from the house and offers some of the finest salmon fishing in Scotland.

Accommodation & Catering
Park House has recently undergone refurbishment and now offers 7 lovely bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bathrooms, direct dial telephones and televisions with satellite channels.

The house is available for smaller groups and for any desired length of stay for dinner, bed and breakfast. Parties may use the house as a base of fishing, shooting, meetings, corporate entertainment or just for a special visit to explore Royal Deeside.

Fishing
The six Park Beats on the Dee are among the finest in Scotland and provide some superb fly water. The north bank is reserved for house guests only and includes the services of 2 estate ghillies. Park is one of the great fly fishing experiences.

Shooting
The traditional cover shoot at Park is renowned for its lovely setting and exciting drives, including four over the River Dee. The Old Stables and the Backwash Bank drives are among the memorable ones. There is also a much sought after muzzle loading weekend in early November which is becoming very popular.
